You mentioned 12-hour days and I have to ask...are you a nurse too? I agree work days are the hardest for exercise. I'm trying to do mine before work because I know I'll be too beat when I get home.

I am not a nurse, but I do work in the ER. I am a ward clerk! I need to get into the habit of going to bed earlier so that I can get up early and work out...Some how I always manage to hit the snooze button one too many times!
