Thanks for friending me! I saw where you are doing T25 as well. I started on Monday.

It is so much harder then I thought it would be! I am sore, but sore in a good way. How are you doing?

This is actually the fourth time I've started. I'm having to modify some of it due to a bad knee. I had done a couple rounds of Insanity and my knee was fine. The lower focus workout did something to it. I'm still pretty sore as well.
