How are you doing with T25?

I was doing good until I got food poisoning this week. I was supposed to start Week 4 this week. I guess I'll have to restart Monday.

Ok great! Thanks. I'll have to check that out! I had rotator cuff surgery 7 weeks ago, so kinda limited on what I can do right know. Suppose to get released from dr in 5 weeks. I will be so glad! I like challenging and fun workouts!

Hi Millie, I'm on my 3rd week of T25 and I love it! Kudos to you for completing insanity. I tried that one and it was too much for me. Glad I found something that's working;). Good Luck with your progress!

Just got done with my first day of T25. Good for you going into 3 weeks! I'm having to modify due to knee issues. I was surprised at how much of a workout I got modifying. Good luck to you as well!
