Yes I used to get headaches but its because you need more calories or electrolytes or more water my problem I was working out too much and I had to start hydrating more with not only water but Gatorade too !

It's great isn't it! I have tried many other plans over the years but nothing has ever worked for me. I think it is a great plan for those that want to live it as a lifestyle. Plus the community is really motivational. Good luck to you too :) Cute dog btw I have two.
