I finished HELL WEEK at the gym!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not ate ice cream and a burger and fried stuff... need to keep it together all week and not fall apart on the weekends

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Keep focus on my own and not need to comeback to DietBet. I’m so thankful for this because it got me wanting to lose weight to win a little money. But in the end I got more than money (I lost most rounds on here)... I got countless compliments, great biometric readings, smaller clothes, more energy, happier moods, and in much better shape. Thank you so much

I got my smallest size 8 pants for work in banquets and my area. Got hit on by strangers :P

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not eat fried tenders and fries... stop eating processed foods... make my own food again...

Not drank champurrado with sweet bread... but it was cold outside!

Drink ACV everyday until this is over! Not drink too much at Oktoberfest! Eat healthy food throughout the week :)

Smallest pants ever worn at Disney, size 8! At one point, 18s were too tight on me and I wouldn’t button them anymore because I refused to go up a size. Did IF more this week. Tweaking my times and trying to eat before workouts now.

Maybe been more strict on food.

I did a 10 mile hike with a huge pack on my back and survived. Last mile was all uphill!

Definitely better food options that I justified by the tough hiking

I FINALLY broke thru my plateau! :D Fit into my smallest pair of work pants EVER! I hired in 12 years ago next month!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did pretty damn good! I went to the gym 6 days last week, brought wonderful lunches, and kept up on healthy snacks and protein :)

Got a lot of love for my progress people notice.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Could have made goal if I fasted and did a liquid diet but didn’t. Didn’t have to eat crap on a surprise Disney trip or have fried chicken for breakfast but then my brother was in town.

HAVE to be strict during the week and add more workouts to see the change on the scale. Maybe sleep a little more. Look up different methods for food.

Keep getting compliments. My arms are really chiseling out and people notice even in my work uniform! My XS chef coat fits perfectly now

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I drank a lot on Saturday and Sunday. Control snacking before bed and drink a lot of water.
