Not ate ice cream and a burger and fried stuff... need to keep it together all week and not fall apart on the weekends

Keep focus on my own and not need to comeback to DietBet. I’m so thankful for this because it got me wanting to lose weight to win a little money. But in the end I got more than money (I lost most rounds on here)... I got countless compliments, great biometric readings, smaller clothes, more energy, happier moods, and in much better shape.
