It's actually the one and only app i've used so I haven't compared it to anything else. But I use it to count calories, record workouts and calculate calories burnt, record weight. There are also 2 mini articles to read everyday with interesting info regarding health and weight loss. What I like about it is it's really simple to use and you don't have to be exact. For example, you can say you ate a tennis ball size of vege etc.

that way of measuring sounds great, volume is so much easier to gauge than weight in grams. when i get a new phone in a few days i'll have to try it. just started using myfitnesspal but i'm not so sure how i like it yet..
