hurt my wrist but got a lot of extra cardio in almost 7 days a weekad followed my weight watcher plan 100% plan works if you work it!

having medical therapy this week so low sodium low iodine diet now that I have a bad thumb/wrist I also have and infection on my leg which is preventing me from exercising so jus remaking sure I make good decisions eating
