Non-scale victory of the week!

My face feels thinner.....I know its silly, but when I rest my chin in my hand, I feel more jaw bone and that's a good thing.

Walked for 2 miles today.....uuuuhhhhh, very sore. But will just have to live with it. Going for another walk this.....2 in one week, that's a huge jump for me.

Not letting a "gain" day derail me. I'm an all or nothing kind of girl. Keeping proper thinking is really tough when I fail.
