I've never been diagnosed with anything, but I think I can at least commiserate with you a bit on how you're feeling now. The time of year always gets me down, add into that stress with work and personal life/relationship complications and my own insecurities. I love the Holidays, but sometimes it's just too much. I have a constant problem of never feeling like I'm good enough. One moment I'll be fine, in control of my life, and then next moment one little comment sends me over and I feel like the most worthless person ever and like I shouldn't even try anymore. You're not alone, if that helps you at all. I do my best to take each day as it's own and I really try to not let negative feelings/events carry over into the next day. Way easier said than done, but I'm trying.
