Totally agree that boredom can be a real diet killer! It's great that you have your grocery list and meal planning done. Do you enjoy meal prep? I personally do not but it can fill up a good chunk of time and keep you busy for hours! It also sets you off for a successful week ahead which is awesome. I wish I loved to cook!

Actually I have a kind of "day plan" that requires no cooking. When I get stressed/busy/broke it's the perfect go-to and I'll eat the same thing every day for a set period of time. Breakfast: yogurt and banana. Lunch: peanut butter sandwich, green grapes, and carrots. Snack: green apple and pistachios. Dinner: cheese, crackers, meat, and a red apple. It gets old after a while but removing all of the decisions out of eating can be remarkably freeing. This time I think I'll stick to the plan until my goal weight is achieved????
