Non-scale victory of the week!

Still going to CrossFit and noticing major changes in how my clothes fit, even though the scale is being stubborn.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Had too much out of my diet on Friday night, which threw off my whole Saturday routine.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am glad I still managed to lose weight despite having multiple Thanksgivings this past week!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did not stick to my original food plan for surviving Thanksgiving, but at least I got right back on track after!

I am 2 pounds away from goal, which is totally doable if I can stay focused and on track. My goal is to make goal!

Got to the gym this week, meal prepped, and had a fantastic food week during school and at home!!
