My favorite snack is shredded cheese, add pickles, and the more shredded cheese on top. Place it in the air fryer and they are so crispy when finished!

I know how you feel
I've had a large weight loss and only shifted in pant size, maybe two sizes. You look absolutely beautiful. Also, all pants are not equal. Maybe focus on finding a new pair?

  • I thought this game would help keep me accountable but being in NOLA for Mardi Gras had other plans ???? It wasn’t even the drinking yall… I had 3 the whole time I was there. It was my eating! I had one true meal a day and protein bars/jerky the rest of the time because we were always on the go! Did get 15k steps a day though!

Oh girl!!!!!! I went to Nola for Mardi Gras a few years back and OMG ate like a queen. Such a great experience that has so much food involved in the culture that is so hard to avoid! Weighed in today at 216 lbs, which is actually up 2 lbs from my initial weigh-in. I have to admit, I'm feeling pretty disappointed in myself. But I know setbacks are a part of the journey, and I need to be kind to myself.

Understanding the Current Situation

Life is stressful right now—honestly, isn't it for everyone? I'm also menstruating, which I know can affect my weight and emotions. Despite these challenges, I've decided to set a few positive intentions for myself today:

- **I will move my body today.**
- **I will NOT overeat today.**
- **I will drink my water.**
- **I will go outside and get fresh air.**
- **I will hold myself accountable.**

Navigating Life's Challenges

This month has been particularly distracting. As I mentioned before, Vince and I are in the process of purchasing a home. While this is incredibly exciting, it has brought a whirlwind of new feelings and emotions. We're so close to achieving such a significant goal, and it's reminding me of the early days of my weight loss journey.

Starting out, I was completely unaware of what I was doing, but I persevered and succeeded. The dedication it takes to lose weight has taught me invaluable life lessons and serves as a constant reminder of what is possible with hard work and determination.

Moving Forward

I recognize that both buying a home and maintaining a healthy lifestyle require patience, discipline, and resilience. Today, I choose to focus on the small steps I can take to support my well-being. By holding myself accountable and staying committed to my goals, I know I can overcome these temporary setbacks and continue moving forward on my journey.
