KayElleEm I TOTALLY AGREE! I learned.from "The Betty Rocker" that it's ok to have a NSA aka No Strings Attached day once a week. This way you can have a little bit of your old favorites without feeling deprived! Works for me!

Thats why I do 2-3 games at a time that start at different times...since I am close to my goal weight I have converted to the transformers and when my goal weight is achieved I plan to join the maintainers to keep it off and help me stay on track. I haven't gone a day since september without being in a Dietbet,Stepbet or Runbet... it has helped me so much!
