Shopping and not hating it. Buying smaller clothes.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I was on a holiday trip to celebrate my twin daughters 21st birthday and could have walked or, at least, worked out more. Didn’t drink to a hangover state but definitely imbibed more and ate some food I normally wouldn't.

Do more sustainable daily workouts (rather than my typical daily 11 miles worth of steps!) to help determine what it will take to keep this off permanently.
