Non-scale victory of the week!

Shopping and not hating it. Buying smaller clothes.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I was on a holiday trip to celebrate my twin daughters 21st birthday and could have walked or, at least, worked out more. Didn’t drink to a hangover state but definitely imbibed more and ate some food I normally wouldn't.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Do more sustainable daily workouts (rather than my typical daily 11 miles worth of steps!) to help determine what it will take to keep this off permanently.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Looser clothes, family noticing the loss and being able to walk at a perspiring pace along Lake Dillon (9100’ elev.) probably due to 6-7 days/week walking/aerobics and being lighter in general.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Less salty stuff, less potatoes (Easter dinner!) but noticed I was craving salty things which I rarely do.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

4 liter water/day, 2 workouts/day, try to shave off the last poundage (2.5!) before going to San Diego in 10 days!
