Hi Val, I've really cut back on what I've been eating. NO more breads, heavy meats, snack foods, or alcohol. I've also tried to exercise more regularly, If I can get my body used to exercising, I can return to some of my taboo foods in regulation while keeping off the pounds. For this Diet Bet, I'm sticking to T25. I may go back to Insanity later.
