Too long.  That is how long I have been overweight.  I've always been an outgoing person with an almost sickeningly sweet disposition, but my weight has always been my biggest issue.  Standing at just 4'10" if I gained 5 pounds; it would look like I had gained 15.  Nothing I seemed to do worked until I tried a low carb diet, but after a few months I found it difficult to maintain.  It's time for me to get off of the hamster wheel and try something that I haven't tried before.....good ole' diet and exercise...AT THE SAME TIME.  I know it sounds crazy but I was more apt to try a gimmick diet that promised a quick fix than to try just plain diet and exercise.  I had convinced myself that just plain diet exercise wouldn't work for me because the one time I did give it a try the weight didn't come off as quickly as I thought it would.  Common sense should have told me that I didn't put the weight on overnight so naturally it would also take some time for me to get it off, but screw common sense I wanted to be smokin' hot! Lol, but I can no longer afford to play with my health and after being diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol it is time to regain the control I lost somwhere down the line.  I'm ready to try this again...the old fashioned way.
