So.......I have been really watching my carb intake. Not only because it helps me lose weight, but also because I am a diabetic and the sugar it turns into is a no-no for me. Well, somehow I forgot that edamame is basically soy and ate 2 cups yesterday thinking I was having a healthy snack. 2 cups of steamed edamame added up to 44g of carbs!!!!!!! OMG! I was livid! Has this happened to anyone else in the group? Have you found out that something you though was really healthy was, well....no so much. On a happier note I'm down 4 pounds!!!!!!!
