I'm a little over a week in and doing well. I'm finding that my most challenging habit to break is not eating when I'm not hungry. I know that I HAVE to eat and not skip meals whether I am hungry or not. In these instances I need t make myself a smoothie or have a meal replacement shake instead.

Oh yeah! I've lost 5 lbs and am only 2.8 lbs away from my 4% goal. I'm not stopping or slowing don though. I'm going to keep pushing!
