Binge Behavior

I fall off the wagon once in a while, and have a few too many baked scoops with hot salsa... but I am not sure I ever called it a binge? can you "plan" for your binge and prepare a little midnight cheat "meal".... say prepare three or four of them... and tell yourself you get four this week... totally allowable and included in your calorie allowances for the day or week? then slowly take them away? Next week only three, then two? or make a deal with yourself you'll get to eat if you run up and down the stairs 10 times? the exercise might make you NOT want to eat, and or it will at least help you burn a few of the calories in the PLANNED CHEAT in the middle of the night.. Also slow down..... fast eating is neither enjoyable or good... so maybe slow down eating your supper.. too...
