I'm so glad you recognize the behavior you want to change! That's definitely the first step. I do the same thing. I find that if I really sit down and think about what I want to eat first, it loses its luster. Sometimes I'll crave a chocolate bar, and I give myself 15 minutes to think about it. 9 times out of 10, I talk myself out of it. Brushing my teeth helps, too. Ruins any desire to eat when all you taste is toothpaste!Hang in there, and stay strong! We're all behind you! :-)
