When I first started my weight loss journey, I started with walking. All I could do was 15mins. I did my 15mins everyday for a week, then the following week, I up it 5 more mins. I did this until I was walking for an hour. So, I know the terms you use and how you feel. I never gave up and you won't either, I just know it! ~Trish
