I'm hanging in with this challenge for as long as I can..  There will be days when I will cheat, but as long as I return to what I started its ok.  Cheating a little helps to get what ever taste you had out of your system.  My greatset challenge for me will be to implement exercise into my daily task.  I had stop exercising when I had surgery on my knee last May.  I am slowly going back to doing it.  So far I walk a little.  Each day I will walk a little further until I am going around the whole block.  I hear people speak of the miles they did, but all I know is half a block and around the whole block.  So this will be the terms that I plan to use to let you know of my progress.  keep me motivated...
