ARGHHHH the dreaded food diary. I know it works but I hate it....probably bc I am doing way too much grazing, as you put it. :) Since I really want to win my bet, I'm gonna give it a go. :)
I have tried so many times while a member at WW to journal and it NEVER worked for me. I am now doing Chris & Hedi Powells diet of carb cycling but you still have to keep track of food and portion sizes. Sorry to Danni, but I can't journal more than 3-4 days... I just give up.
