I use my fitness pal and love it. The calories can add up fast. I eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks. I ever measure my food.

I use Sparkpeople and love the cell phone app with a scanner for prepared foods. The database of foods and restaurants is huge too!

Update!!! You DONT have to steam cauliflower!! Go ahead and puree cauliflower when you first bring it home and store in it an airtime container with paper towels until you are ready to use it. Follow the rest of the recipe! ENJOY!!
