It's Thursday and I have just read your posts. I need to work on #1&2 of your list. I am terrible at the planning and order part! I have worked out with weights on Monday and Wednesday then cardio today and Tuesday. I normally lift and do a HIIT burst in between, but I totally wiped out ice skating on Sunday and really hit my head hard so I have tried to keep the impact down. ???? Got to get the food under control! Sugar is my nemesis!!! I was down to 126 before October! Then have been stress and comfort eating since. Hence the extra ten-eleven pounds! Yikes! Haven't weighed 137 since pregnant with my fourth baby who is now 7! I will blame peri menopause and weakness on my part!Time to get ahold of myself and Rock this! ???? tired of feeling tired and gooey!
