So I came home from work today EXTREMELY unmotivated to workout. I skipped my workout yesterday as well so I was desperate to search for some motivation. I even googled "lazy workouts", "workouts during commercial breaks" (I wish i was joking lol). 

I do enjoy dancing so I thought "ok I need to do SOMETHING so maybe I'll try a dance workout to get started". A friend did suggest this workout video that was actually pretty fun: Fat Burning Dance Workout to "Bodypop" - Blogilates. The video was entertaining and sparked my interest to work out again.

I ended up going to the Blogilates website and found a beginner's workout schedule that links to all of her workout videos. My schedule is pretty busy so online workouts fit great!

Anyways I'm deciding to try this out for a month to see how I feel at the end. I normally don't blog but thought it will help keep me accountable to workout.
