I just finished day 6 and day 7(with day 5/6 video since I switched the rest days) of the blogilates workout plan

So unfortantally I missed a workout day yesterday :(. I was a lot busier than a normal day with packing super early in the morning, flying to MI, working, and attending a campus recruiting event. My overall plan was to workout after I was done with my activities but I was so unbelievably tired and ended up chooosing to sleep since I had to wake up early the next day for more work events.

On day 7 I did wake up early to do day 6 workout videos. The first video was the total body video from day 1. I did noticed that I gave up less often so that was a small victory! When I did the day 7 workout (did the workout after my long work day) the most fun video was the "how to do the splits" video. I never have been able to do the splits so it was cool learning the neccessary stretchs to finally do the splits! Maybe I'll keep trying and my body will figure it out lol.

Anyways, it was another long work day and I'm exhausted again but I'm glad I'm able to get all of week 1 videos done :)
