I just finished day 5 (with day 4 video since I switched the rest days) of the blogilates workout plan

Today's workout felt good! It feels good to get the workouts out of the way at the begining of the day. I feel way more productive to get other things done. The inner thigh video was pretty good! I've rarely spent time on just my inner thighs so it felt good afterwards. 

I was very curious about how the headstand video would go but it was actually pretty cool! I did a solid headstand for 5seconds which was more than I thought I would do on my first try. I can totally understand how it is a good core workout. I will probably keep practicing it to get better in the future

Later, tonight I do have a double date with some friends at my favorite burger/sushi restaurant so I'm hoping I make good food choices as the day goes on. I'm going to review the menu now :)

Anyways I'm glad another day is complete!
