So day 4 of the blogilates workout plan isn't really a rest day but I decided to switch day 4 and day 7.
I really needed a complete lazy Sunday. I did wake up to do the 10 burpees but didn't make it into my workout clothes to do the actual workout videos. I am curious what the "How to do a headstand" video is like though lol.
While I work hard to work out I am trying to destress more and find more opportunities to relax. So I thought it was important to have a day to recharge before my week gets busy next week with work travel.
The workout didn't get done but I did find time to relax and make some pretty awesome macaroons! Also I did lose some weight this morning as well! So overall I had a successful Sunday :)
