I just finished day 3 of the blogilates workout plan
Today was a lot easier to motivate myself to get the workouts done. I did also go on the elliptical this morning for 30mins to add some cardio to the routine. My main motivation to wake up and be productive was to be able to make a healthy pancake receipe that I found online. I wanted to eat pancakes without feeling guilty so told myself i wouldn't make them unless I was done working out. The pancakes were SO good by the way!
So far I'm overall enjoying the blogilates videos but wonder how the normal workout plans compare to the beginner ones. Not sure if they are hard enough for me right now but I'll continue and just make sure to throw in other workout elements (cardio, other videos) to level it out.
