I just finished day 2 of the blogilates workout plan
Fridays are normally my rest day but I wanted to keep to the workout plan. I almost forgot to do the 10 situps in the morning but made time for them in between meetings while working from home. I definitely procastinated with completing the 2 AB videos but I didn't want to quit on the 2nd day of the plan! I made the mistake of starting the workout videos after eating dinner. I underestimated how much the food would make my stomach uncomfortable. Either way I completed the workout while listening to one of my favorite playlist on Spotify so that helped me get through it.
I wanted an extra burn so I did an additional workout video. This is my favorite ab video and is set to a good Pharrell song: 5 Minute Ab Workout to Pharrell Williams - Marilyn Monroe
Lessons learned:
- Wake up earlier to do some kind of morning workout
- Make sure I get the workouts in before dinner
- Good playlist = good workout
I also did lose a good amount of weight this morning so that has kept me motivated so far :)
