Hello!
As many of you may or may not know, I am struggling with the current dietbet. Right now, I have ~12 days left to loose 2.7kg which can be... err, difficult, since not only I had a few cheatdays this month, but also my weightloss slowed down. So, to deal with this, I decided to be fairly radical and stirct in the past few days, starting on Friday!
As you can see in the video, the promise is 10kg in 14 days... I don't really want that, because you never know if that is permanent or not really... So, I got inspired by this workout - I decided to try it to my best ability every day. Okay, maybe I won't do it in the time limit and alright, I cannot do pushups, but still, I am not planning on loosing the 10kg, so with a few adjustments, I believe it will help me to loose the 2.7kg. I am already doing my flat belly challange and swimming twice a week, so yep, a lot of extra exercise for me :D I started with the exercising today, but I am just learning how to do majority of the stuff... Official start is on Friday though. I am also planning on adding 1 or 2 more swims and I also bought nordic poles walking thingies, so I am planning on to walk a lot in next few days.
Dietwise... Well, I am not sure if I will manage that, but I am planning on cutting carbs A LOT. No bread, rice, pasta... Only fruit, vegetable, meat (turkey/fish/chicken), and some extra protein in form of yoghurt, eggs and so on. Thinking about cutting off cheese too. No chocolate, no chips, no fast food, nothing fried, everything grilled/baked... Take everything or nothing. No exeptions. This usually works better for me, because once I start eating e.g. chocolate, it is very difficult for me to stop... and I cannot afford another failure so close to the end. It is like a game for me, a challange - can I last 10 days without anything unhealthy? I have the advantage that my exams will be done (yay!) and I won't have 'the time of the month', so really, no excuses. We will see how that works out.
How are you doing with your dietbet? Do you have some 100%, doable and healthy tips for speeding up the weightloss? :)
GOOD LUCK! :)
