I hope that you are doing great during our last week of the weekly kickstarter dietbet :)
I am doing good, just got back on track. Exams are done and I have one week left. One week full of packing (technically it is an exercise :D), swimming, nordic walking and fat burning exercise I mentioned in my previous blog. Let's do this!
I am avoiding wheat for around 2-3 days now and I am proud of myself, because cutting of wholemeal toasts was difficult for me. Right now, what I eat looks somewhat like this (with mild adjustments on different days, depending on what food I have at home and so on):
Breakfast: green/spinach smoothie
Lunch: chicken breast/salmon with vegetable (1/2 pepper, 1/4 of cucumber, 1 tomato... combination of whatever I want)
Snack: green/spinach smoothie
Dinner: Low fat yoghurt (with jam or bananas)
If I am hungry, I eat extra bananas. In the previous two days I had yoghurt as a snack and then scrambled eggs for dinner, but today I am trying to incorporate more smoothies. I probably won't go on juice fast, since I am looking for something which is sustainable from the long-term point of view.
Now, let's just see how long will I make it on this type of diet :D Hopefully at least till Sunday. Then I will maybe incorporate bread, depending on how I will feel. Maybe I won't even miss it :D
