Hello everyone!
Today I am having a nice day. I started by waking up soon (7:00AM *OUGH*) because my bf was leaving in the morning. I had a nice smoothie (spinach, orange, strawberries, pineaple) and after I've been swimming. I wasn't as fast as last time and the swimming conditions weren't ideal (quite a lot of people), but I was still able to swam a decent time. After I came home I had a nice lunch I've prepared yesterday - salad with greek cheese and chicken with some chicken spices. Right now I am going to study for exams (#notProcrastinatingAtAll) and then I will do my flat-belly challenge*.
I am very happy today, because my amazon parcel came in with all these little beauties :3
I bought them for myself as a reward for my successful dietbet :) They were a bit more expensive than the winning I got, but it was still worth it, since I had my eye on them for a long time (if you are interested, right now they have them on amazon in sale). I am also enjoing a nice cup of decaf green tea with honey as you can see in the background.
My nice thought for today is related to one of my birthday gifts. In February, I got a beautiful t-shirt with an owl on it as a present from my mom. She bought it online, so the size didn't fit exactly. It was wearable enough so I didn't needed to return it, but I would never wore it at my previous weight, since I didn't feel comfortable in it. I tried it few days ago and it was okay. Right now, I have in my mind the thought of me finishing this dietbet. Little above 65kg. I cannot remember when I was this weight the last time. I will probably do my final weigh in in that shirt, because I believe that in the month time, it will fit perfectly. I just can't wait to see myself (hopefully) winning again.
Anyway, as always I wish all the luck to you so you are successful on your journey. Do you also have some clothes which you want(ed) to fit in, or which you would like (wanted) to wear, but you are not (didn't), because you don't(didn't) feel confident enough in them? Feel free to share your experiences in comments :)

*Flat belly challenge:
My mom send me an article with this challenge, but it is not in english, so I will not link it here. Basically, you do sit ups, planks, and cross-situps (?) every day for 30 days and you increase the intensity. Every fourth day is a day off, that's why I accepted it :D today I am on day 3 and I am going to do 30 situps, 15s plank, 30 cross situps. Can't wait ;)
