Here I am at the beginning! I'm going to keep a blog while I'm taking part in Scola's DietBet challenge so I can keep track of my progress and stay motivated.

I've been seriously trying to get healthier for about 6 weeks now when I first started doing Scola's workout videos. Recently I've been doing 2 videos about 3-5 times a week. I've been drinking loads more water and cutting out snacks, but I haven't lost any weight.

To lose 4% in 4 weeks I'm going to:

  • Cut down on my portion sizes
  • Not give in to cravings for treats
  • Not eat because of boredom
  • Workout 5 times a week (youtube videos, running, hula hooping or swimming)
