Omg yes! One huge goal for me is to increase the no of push ups that I can do. It sounds silly but until 6 months ago I couldn't even do one easy version push up (you know when you go from your knees). I persevered and in March I managed to do my first ever push up! It sounds so ridiculous but I never thought I would be able to. At the moment I can do two in a row. To get to 5 would be brilliant!
