I've just done my weigh in at the end of week one and I'm exactly the same weight as I was at the start - I need to work harder! This week I worked out on 4 days out of 7 and I stuck to my calorie allowance on 3 days out of 7. So there's definitely room for improvement. This week was always going to be tough since my birthday was on the weekend.
In week 2 I'm going to aim for longer work outs (1hr instead of 30 mins) and stick to my calorie allowance Monday - Friday. Here goes!
