Okay so the challenge hasn't started yet but I'm trying to use these couple days to get into the right frame of mind, and start as I mean to go on! (Except I am going out for drinks tomorrow night...)
I wanted to show you a pic of my number one enemy during my day at work... the biscuit cupboard! A cupboard full of all varieties of delicious biscuits. I haven't eaten any for quite a while, but it's a daily mind game to stop myself.
After work I went shopping to find an outfit for tomorrow, and it reminded my why I'm determined to lose weight. NO clothes fit me any more. All of the dresses I used to go for that were just my style and that I knew would suit me, I can't wear those any more! I've got an awkward pear shape and whichever size I get it's either too small on the bottom or too big on the top.
I ate a super healthy dinner of mango and avocado salad. Just as an experiment really, I don't think it's going to be filling enough to stop me from eating again later.
Oh and I did my two favourite Scola videos earlier. They are the Catching Fire workout, and the Post Christmas Fat Burning workout. :D
