Ok Chelle, let's keep each other accountable. NO MORE DONUTS!!! Or at least make small changes and only have 1 instead of 2. Then 1/2, or none. I believe a donut is anywhere from 300 to 500 calories depending on type so that should give you something to think about when you go for a donut.
