Thank you for sharing! I was at 230 and was down to 180, eating smaller portions and being more active. Then over the last year I got back up to 220 and I was like, NOOOO! How could this have happened?! So I'm working on it. :) This is my first 6 month dietbet and if I meet my goal I should be back around 180, I'm really going to try to beat these challenges and the support on this site is amazing.
