You are doing awesome!! I had my second daughter in July 2013. I hit 300 lbs. Since then, I have lost between 70-75 lbs (depending on the day). Only 30lbs of that was baby weight... and I am at my lowest that I have been in over 10 years. I am thrilled by this, but my ultimate goal is 170-175. So I still have a ways to go! My motivation for not reaching for that doughnut is the fact that I wouldn't feed it to my kids (my oldest is 2.5) so why would I be eating it?? And I did just buy a little doughnut maker... I can make my own chocolate mini doughnuts (baked not fried) for 50 calories each! Can't beat it!
