Any tips on all or nothing thinking? It's a huge issue for me.

Today I had plans to go for a walk in between clients. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time. I did still follow through with my lunch plan (salad,  1/2 protein bar, some juice) but didn't get the walk in.

I thought, oh well, I will use our stationary bike from home. Except that meant dealing with the crap around the bike...stuff from my grandmother's condo that we put aside to deal with later.

So, instead I gave in to all-or-nothing thinking, decided not to work out, and ate two chocolate bars.

Now, the good news is that I put a stop to that and felt like that it just wasn't worth it. And then I dealt with the mess around the bike and did 35 minutes.

Me and my coach

The bites to my ear really help distract me from the actual exercise.

I am back on track, so it was a blip in the radar. But I would love any tips to fight this thinking in the future.
