First tip: Tomorrow is a new day, so never look back! You know where you are going, so if you trip, you will get right back on track.Second tip: Focus on the positive, not on times when you slipped. In my old life, I would not move AND eat plenty of crap all day long. Maybe I overdo it on one meal a day, but then I still had 2 healthy meals on the same day. BIG improvement!You can be 70% on track and still make a huge difference. If this is supposed to be a new lifestyle, you will have to build in some indulgences without going overboard. And make sure that it's worth it, if you do pick out high calorie items.You already made lots of progress! Just keep doing what you are doing and pat yourself on the back for the good stuff. The positive attitude will make it so much easier on you. You can do this!!
