Sodium is sneaky. I should be tracking this as well, what with a family history full of heart & blood pressure problems. No problems so far myself, knock on wood.

And if it's processed food - even juice - check the label - sodium is in there! Lowfat Cottage Cheese was the BIG SURPRISE for me! wow!
