Here's how I did

 

Friday:

-Run 3 miles after work Done

-Strength - IT Band Rehab  Done

-Dinner: Turkey burger, small chips, salad (eat salad while burger is cooking) Done

(10/10 for Friday)

 

Saturday:

-Granola bar for breakfast Done

-Do strength in the morning (arms) Done

-Sly Fox 5k (do some strides and warmups while waiting) Done (no warmup bc knee was bothering me but I did walk a lot)

-Grab lunch at the party, can have two beers max Done

-Microbrew fest - 4 oz pours, can have 12 max Did well here, stayed under

-Protein shake for dinner Had a turkey burger instead, was pretty hungry - golfed after the festival which burned some extra calories. Had some ice cream post golf but didn't finish, so that was a win.

(9/10 for Saturday)

 

Sunday

-Wake up at 8 Done

-Granola bar for breakfast Done

-Strength - Core (switched to ITB Rehab and arms)

-Bike the rail trail Done, 16.5 miles!! I think that's a new best!

-Stop by Farmer's market for lunch (chicken shwarma) Done, yum :)

-Relax Went golfing instead, oops!

-Go grocery shopping Done

-If up to it, 3 mile run Was not up for it (no biggie)

-Turkey burger, small chips, salad for dinner Done, but I also had a beer when I wasn't supposed to.

(9/10 for Sunday)

 

Overall: 9/10

Gained .2 pounds which is just fine.
