I forgot to follow up with how I did last week, but I did OK. Hoping to do better this weekend but there's some danger spots.

 

Friday:

-Happy hour w/coworkers (no food, one lighter beer)

-Graduation party, don't overdo it on food, can have two glasses of wine

 

Saturday:

-Wake up at 8am

-Run 5 miles (rail trail)

-Finish with a quick strength workout (arms & core)

-Breakfast: Cereal w/ skim milk

-Errands

-Lunch: Beer Festival - pick healthiest option (probably wrap) and pack a water!

-25 2oz pours maximum

-Dinner: Turkey burger w/sweet potato chips

 

Sunday:

-Wake up at 8am

-Bike the rail trail (11ish miles)

-Breakfast: cereal w/skim milk

-Clean up around house

-Lunch: Turkey burger w/sweet potato chips

-Gym - strength training

-Buy groceries and prep meals for week

-Dinner: Sausage pasta bake w/spinach
