Posting for accountability and focus!

 

Saturday:

  • Sleep in!
  • Breakfast: Granola bar
  • Get some cleaning done around the house
  • Lunch: Pastie
  • Relax for a little
  • Pottstown 5k
  • Cookout for dinner (can have two beers)

Sunday:

  • Wake up at 7:15
  • Eat a granola bar
  • At 8, run 15 miles
  • Gel every 4 miles
  • Lunch: Turkey Burger (can have one beer)
  • Nap/relax
  • Get some more cleaning done
  • Dinner: Pasta Rays

Monday I'm going to play by ear. Just really need to relax this weekend!
