Walking the Pounds Off.

A belated thanks for your video. I hadn't realized the 10K steps was supposed to be on top of your baseline. I think my baseline was probably around 2500 as well, before I started walking a mile most days. I just got a Fitbit Zip and it is nice to see the steps add up. I watched you video. Good job. I like the way you corrected yourself in writing. I am going to attempt to incorporate some walking into my workout. Knowing those numbers is definitely inspires me to do so. Thanks!
