I lost 2 pounds since the start of the game! WOO HOO!!! ---- of course it was the 2 pounds I gained back the 10 days between games! NEVER AGAIN NEVER AGAIN! 

Since then I have gone back up almost a complete pound! REALLY??????? <sigh> Why do I do this to myself? How do I do this to myself?  I have been walking 14,000+ steps a day for over a week! and I went up????

I weigh myself daily because I know what I did wrong. I had 3 beers on Thurday night at a bar for open mic. This Thursday I will go back to the bar, but I will order a glass of water with my beer.  I will drink both before ordering a second beer. (just read that tip this week online!)

I weigh myself daily because I know another thing I did wrong..... I ate too much!!!! .... too much popcorn! I know it's healthy but one serving is healthy. 4 is over the top!! Plus extra 'healthy' vegan bean burgers.... and vegan sausuages....

and thus the picture and the daily scale.  Today breakfast is not sausages and eggs (vegan sausages) ... it's HoneyDew and plain yogurt! Tonight.... no popcorn... well maybe one but only ONE serving!
