you can do this Louise!! knowing what you did "wrong" and how to correct it is the best thing!! you have the tools in your toolbox, use them!! You are a rock star!! I will be on board for your challenge in July!! cant wait to rock things with you again!! I also wonder about the sodium levels in the vegan items, I am so sensitive to sodium I have shied away from the prepackaged vegan things, just curious to know

You are correct! Vegan has lots of sodium. I think that all processed has a lot of added sodium. To top that off, I have NOT been drinking water like I should so my body might be naturally holding on, thinking... what is this woman doing? Trying to dehydrate to dust! So my body might be 'hoarding water weight'. So many reasons! HEY and YOU ARE BACK!!!! WOO HOO!!!! How are things?
